How to use oXySHOP?
A new customer’s registration:
Click on the link for a new customer’s registration link.
Enter all gaps marked with a star (*) at least.
Set the preselect means of transport and payment.
In the case you register a firm, you must enter your firm name and IČO down the page.
A different ship-to address can be entered after completing the registration, here.
If you enter more ship-to addresses, you can choose where to deliver your goods when ordering.
Changing data:
Invoice data can be changed here, ship-to address here.
Adding goods to the shopping basket, your shopping basket:

Check the ship-to address, the type of delivery and the way of payment.
When you click “Order”, you will see a page with the most important data; please, check again invoice and ship-to addresses, and click “Firm order”.
You will get confirming email by return.

Checking the claim state:

The number of items in the column Booking says, how many items are ready for you in store.
Every evening at 7.30 we sent info emails about open orders. There you can find which goods are ready in store for you, or delivery terms of arriving goods to the store. In the case your order is for personal collecting, you will be sent an email “Call for collecting”.
Changing order:
You can change your order even after confirming here.
The change is done by clicking on “correct” in the right column.
You can change the number of items (if you choose 0, the item will be cancelled).
You can add the shopping basket into your order (the bottom down “Add from basket...”).
Information emails:
You will be informed about the claim state by different types of emails:
1) Confirmation of your order – we confirm your order has been accepted.
2) Information about the state of your claim – it informs about the state of your claim, it means, which products are in store, eventually, when they should be in store. This mail will inform you about the fact we have just sent the ordered goods by post.
3) Call for collecting – in the case the order is for personal collecting, you will get the email in the moment your order is ready in store.

How to find out particular goods is in store?
When looking for the goods on the internet open the detailed information of the product. At first, check if you have set the right way of delivery on the right side of the screen. The way of delivery determines the store which the goods will be dispatched from. Next to the picture on the right, there is the number of the items in store. In the case there is 0, you will find a line “Delivery time” under. This means the time needed for delivering the goods to our stores. You have to add the time needed for delivering the goods to you. (1 -2 days). After clicking on the line “Delivery time” you will get information about the date the goods arrives into our stores.
Will I get the goods I can see in the pictures?
Yes, you will get what you see in the pictures. The only differences can come at so called OEM products that are not produced by clear producers. We can have more products from more OEM producers which can look differently, typically flash discs that are not branded. The colour of the product as well. If the colour of the product is not specified, we cannot stipulate it. We are not able to choose the colour at our supplier.
Next change, less possible, is the change of the type of a cooler for graphic cards, when a producer changes the type of the cooler during the lifetime period of the card.
Is it possible to pay by cards in Czech Computer shops?
We accept following types of credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron.
How can I have the goods delivered?
The delivery over the 5000 incl. VAT free!
Besides personal collecting in our shops you are offered delivering goods by carriers all around the Czech Republic. The delivery is charged only once, even if we send more orders at once. Sending goods on the customer’s address is charged. You can choose from :

Delivery service DPD with phone contact
- the goods is dispatched from our Příbram store
- you can pay the delivery to the deliveryman cash or by your credit card
- delivery time is 1 days
- phone contact by the deliveryman is guaranteed
- you will receive the information e-mail and SMS about the dispatch
- you can check your order on the internet (according the number of the parcel)
- the price is 120,- CZK when paying in advance and 160,- CZK when cash on delivery, the prices are incl. VAT
Guaranteed delivery time is 24 hours (weekdays) from sending the package. When sending a package from DPD you will receive a notification via SMS with the number of packages.
In case of unsuccessful delivery of the shipment you will receive an email. The deliveryman will call you to specify the delivery time.
For DPD is possible to use services at www.chcisvujbalik.cz.
Recipients can use this service in case the first delivery attempt to deliver the consignment will be impossible.
The deliveryman passes on-site the notification with the new delivery date and information about how to redirect mail.
If the recipient wishes to change the delivery date or delivery address, he can make it on the above web site very easily and the consignment will be delivered to him the following day (or the selected day) to existing or newly chosen address.
Can I have the goods sent to Slovakia or another country ?
We can send the goods to Slovakia by Czech Post. The postage is 400,-Kč and the payment must be effected in advance, by amount brought. We cannot send the goods in other countries.
Is the price on the internet and in the shops different ?
No, it is not. The price you see on the internet is the same in the shops of Czech Computer Ltd.
Where are the Czech Computer shops ?
You will find our branch stores in Prague and Příbram (see here). The branch store in Příbram serves mainly as the dispatch place for the whole Czech Republic, so, if you order your goods cash on delivery, the order will be sent from the store in Příbram. There is a full featured shop for personal collecting goods.
The goods delivered within Prague is dispatched from the branch store in Prague. The Prague branch store is a conventional shop for buying and collecting goods.
How to learn the number of the order ?
The number of the order is written in every email you receive from us. You can find it in the upper menu SHOP – SENT ORDERS.
How to learn about the state of my order ?
If you state your email address in your order, you will be sent emails (backlogs) informing you about the state of your order every evening. When your order is complete, you will receive the email called “Call for collecting”. The email is sent immediately after your order is complete and it does not wait till regular evening backlogs. It is very convenient to state your email address in your order.
Can I go shopping without previous order in the e-shop ?
Yes, of course, we have conventional shops in Prague and Příbram.
I want my order of more items to be sent complete !
We send the order when it is complete if the customer does not choose otherwise. If the order is divided on the customer’s request, the postage will be charged for every sent article. In addition, we can put together several orders into one article and send them in one parcel for one postage charged. For example, a typically big order of a PC set + display + printer + peripheries is sent in four parcels but the postage is charged only once.
I want to have my order sent to a different address than stated in my registration.
When logging in to the e-shop, click on the name of your registration. Your registration data will appear. In the middle, there is “Other ship-to addresses”. Enter the new address here. Later, when sending your order in the cash, choose the address you want to.
Can I send another person to collect my goods paid in advance ?
The goods paid in advance can be collected only by the person stated in the order. You will be asked to prove you identity in the shop. If you want to send another person to collect your goods, you must inform us, best on our email address: obchod@czechcomputer.cz. In the email you should state the number of the order, the full name of the person collecting the goods, and another revisable data, for example the number of ID card or the birthday date. If the order I drawn for a firm, the collecting person must be authorized to collect the goods and have a letter of attorney with the number of the order, the common seal and his/her name.
I have received the call for collecting but I cannot collect the goods now.
The completed order is booked for you for 14 days. However, it is not problem to agree on a later date of collecting, just tell to our business department. Before your order is cancelled because of not collecting, you are notified at least twice that your order is ready to be collected. Both notifications are sent in the space of 5 days approximately, then we wait 2 days at least, and if we are not informed about later collecting, we cancel the order. You will be informed about the fact by email.
What should I have to collect the goods ?
To find your order faster, we will ask you for the number of the order; however, we can find the order according your name or other data.
How will I learn about dispatching my order ?
The day we send your order by a transporter, you will be sent an email “Information about sending the goods” instead of the regular backlogs, including the number of the parcel. With the number you can check the article on the internet: www.ceskaposta.cz or www.dpd.cz.
Can I change the order in the e-shop ?
Yes, you can.
Adding other items to the order:
The goods you want to add to the basket, and then enter the section shop – sent orders – correct (at the number of the order you want to correct). After you open the order, you will see the bottom “add goods from shopping basket”. Do not forget to save the order.
Withdrawal from the order:
Enter the section shop – sent orders – correct (at the number of the order you want to correct). Then change the number of the items for 0 and save.
How to make an order in the e-shop ?
The first thing is to register, then to log in. The goods, you are interested in, put into the shopping basket and when you finish choosing, get to the cash. Here you will choose the way of payment and delivering the goods. If you want us to assembly a PC from the items you ordered, tick the item “I want to have a PC set from the items.” You can add a comment for our dealers. The comment will delay processing your order slightly as all orders with comments are delayed till the dealer sees them. Then press “Send order”. You will see the screen with all the goods you ordered and all data to be checked. If everything is OK, press “Confirm order”. You will be informed about accepting your order on the screen. At the same time an email confirming your order is sent to your email address and the order appears in the section shop – sent orders. You can check your order here if you faced a problem while sending it. If there is not the new order number, you must repeat the procedure.
You have individual invoicing in the shops; can I print the invoice at home ?
No, you can’t. You need an invoicing application.
What does it mean: the date of delivery unknown ?
We have no information about the date of delivery from our supplier. The time of delivery is about 3 weeks but it is individual. Possible changes in the date of delivery always appear in the e-shop, or, in the case of ordered goods, in the regular evening backlogs. If you are interested in the goods, we advice you to order them. If the delivery time is longer than you are willing to wait, you can change your order. The dealers are not able to give you any other information than you can see on the internet.
If I have an order from the internet, do I still have to go to the seller ?
No, you don’t. If you have your user’s name and password to log in and you do not want to change your order, you can print the invoice on one of the PCs in the shops. Then you just pay and collect the goods.
I got a pro forma invoice in my email. What is that ?
Pro forma invoice, or advance invoice, is a document issued by the system where you can find all data needed for payment on account. It is not a tax document so that you cannot use it for collecting your goods.
How to pay on account ?
Make an order in the e-shop, choose the payment in advance and send. You will get an email confirming your order and then pro forma invoice (see above). On the basis of the pro forma invoice you will send the money on our account – you will find the sum in the cell “Sum total to pay”. After receiving the payment on our account, we will send you an email confirming the amount brought, and, when the order is complete, an email “Call for collecting”.
Is hire purchase possible ?
Yes, it is. You will find the information in the section shop – hire purchase
Can I see the goods before buying ?
Of course, just ask the seller and you will be allowed to see the goods at the technical support. Demonstration of goods is a problem, if the product is wrapped in a solid, not violable wrapping. That can be seen only.
May I return the goods I have bought from you ?
The conditions of returning goods are stated in our Trade Conditions link that come from the state regulations (Civil and Commercial Code).
How much is assembling a PC ?
Assembling a PC from the components bought from us is charged 500CZK. It includes tests of functionality on Windows XP system. If you want to add anything from your old PC, service fees will be charged according the Price list link.
I have a complaint. What to do ?

Purchase net of VAT with export outside the Czech Republic
Buying goods net of VAT with subsequent export outside the Czech Republic (is not TAX FREE)
Valid for individuals or corporate bodies registered for VAT in an EU member country.
The order is made in a common way. If the order is made in the e-shop, you must add in comments for the dealer that the customer is a VAT payer in another country.
The procedure of the order – sending goods by post:
1. the customer sends the order
2. the customer fax a “certificate of registration and assigning DIČ“
3. after verification a pro forma invoice is issued and sent to the customer
4. the customer send the payment on our account
5. after receiving the payment the order is delivered to the customer.
The procedure of the order – personal collecting in a branch store:
1. making order
2. the customer evidences his/her authorization (a letter of attorney with the common seal, or the owner or an agent with ID card)
3. the customer presents a “certificate of registration and assigning DIČ“
4. the customer signs the statement of the export of the goods
5. the customer pay cash at the cash desk.
